Recognition and Victim Rights Forum

The annual event, held during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, will be held at Heifer Village at 1 World Avenue in Little Rock. This is located at the end of East 3rd Street close to downtown. This event is held in communities across the country to promote victims’ rights, honor crime victims and recognize those who advocate on their behalf.

Candlelight Vigil

The Candlelight Vigil will honor people who have experienced violence and raise awareness in our community. This event will be held Thursday evening, April 23rd at 7:00 PM at the Allsopp Park Pavilion at 3700 Cedar Hill Road. (Cedar Hill Road is off Cantrell Road by Riverdale). This effort, while for all victims/survivors, particularly recognizes often underserved victims of violence—people with disabilities, the elderly, people who are Deaf, LGBTQ and people from other countries. This event is for survivors, families, friends and community supporters.

Accommodations:

ASL interpreter and Spanish Interpreter will be available for both events.
