Parents of Murdered Children and CVAAA sponsors the first event of Crime Victims’ Rights Week in Arkansas with a memorial for Family and Friends of Homicide Victims.

This event is held in communities across the country to promote victims’ rights, honor crime victims and recognize those who advocate on their behalf. 1 World Avenue is located at the end of East 3rd Street close to downtown.
